Making Peace with Grief: A Heart-Centered Journey of Healing
Grief is not a problem to be solved or something to overcome within a specific timeframe. Grieving is an ongoing and deeply personal journey that presents unique challenges as we navigate the path forward to healing.
This four-month program is designed to provide meaningful reflection and a safe space in which to process one’s grief with love, compassion, and hope for the future along with others experiencing a similar loss.
The program will be offered in two separate settings: online and in-person. The online program will be held on Monday evenings via Zoom and will be facilitated by ministers Dennis Battersby and Janet D’Angelo. The in-person program will be held at the church on Sunday after service and will be facilitated by minister Jane Selinske and Journey Within ministers. Sessions will focus on the following topics. Participants will receive instruction prior to each class and should be prepared to engage in targeted activities.
Registration is required and provides access to all four sessions.
